01 What does a typical engagement look like?
Most partnerships start with a 30-minute discovery call. If there is a fit, we send a tailored proposal within a week covering scope, timeline and pricing. From there we kick off with a workshop, then move into design and build phases with weekly check-ins.
02 How do you price your work?
Projects are priced as fixed fees once scope is locked. Retainers are monthly tiers based on reserved senior hours. Sprints and embedded engagements have their own simple pricing. No hidden line items, no surprise invoices.
03 Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
We are headquartered in Jakarta and work with teams across Asia, Europe and the US. Most of our engagements are fully remote with quarterly on-site visits. We adapt to your timezone, not the other way around.
04 Who actually does the work?
You work directly with the senior team named in your proposal — the same people who pitched, scoped and led your project. No handoffs to juniors. No bait-and-switch.
05 Do you sign NDAs and work with regulated industries?
